How the System Works
GGTS operates a coordinated participant pathway model. Participants may enter through workforce development, family stabilization, youth programming, agriculture, media, behavioral health, education, or community referral partners. Once inside the ecosystem, each participant is routed through a structured process designed to identify needs, assign the correct pathway, document progress, and support long-term advancement.
Step 1 — Intake
Participants enter through a partner program, referral source, workforce site, youth pathway, agriculture site, media program, or stabilization channel.
Step 2 — Assessment
The ecosystem assesses workforce readiness, stabilization needs, training interests, support service needs, documentation status, and referral requirements.
Step 3 — Pathway Assignment
Participants are routed into the appropriate pathway, which may include a workforce cohort, production lane, peer support pathway, agriculture track, youth program, education lane, or entrepreneurial support channel.
Step 4 — Activation
Participants begin training, credentialing, apprenticeship, work experience, production participation, service learning, or enterprise development.
Step 5 — Outcomes
Outcomes may include employment, business creation, stabilization, education completion, production credit, credential attainment, or long-term advancement.
No Orphan Cases
The ecosystem is designed so every participant has a pathway, every pathway has documentation, and every document supports compliance, reimbursement, reporting, or long-term participant tracking.
